Who should attend The Rainmaker Academy?
Managers, senior managers and new partners fit The Rainmaker Academy programs exceptionally well. From our experience, the best candidates have:
- high technical, accounting and consulting skills
- a strong desire to build their marketing, sales and leadership skills
- respected judgment and good people skills
- sufficient maturity and experience (5 to 15 years) in the accounting and consulting industry
- a history of attracting less than $100,000, but more than $5,000, of new business per year for the past two years
