Offered only to accounting and financial-consulting professionals, The Rainmaker Academy is an intensive sales, marketing and leadership-development program designed especially for new partners, senior managers and managers. The two-year Rainmaker Academy program provides foundational training to assist these service providers by equipping them with key client-service tools and essential rainmaking skills.
Each Rainmaker Academy is operated at a level commensurate with a university graduate program in sales. Classes for The Rainmaker Academy are taught in a series of six two-day sessions (three sessions each year). All participants in the two-year Rainmaker Academy program graduate with enhanced client-retention acumen, cross-selling skills, new-business expertise and fast-track leadership savvy.
