The Leadership Academy is presented over a period of two years, with four "live" class-room sessions (two per year) that conveniently last one-and-a-half days each, supplemented with three interactive online webinars in between sessions. Each live session and webinar is preceded with assigned reading or movie-watching homework, and after each session, participants complete an assigned leadership project. The Leadership Academy also includes two hours of one-on-one coaching with an Academy instructor.
