Each day and a half classroom session of the Leadership Academy begins at 8 a.m. On the first day, instruction concludes at 5 p.m., and on the second day, instruction concludes at noon.
Our goal is to help you and your firm build leaders for the future. We can help you build bench strength in our public workshops, or we can bring the program to you. When we bring it to you, we can utilize some of the leaders in your firm to help coach and mentor the participants. We also spotlight your services, your market and your people. The in-house version of The Leadership Academy is a wise consideration if you have a minimum of 20 students that would benefit from this training.

After you have enrolled, if you cannot attend, you may send a substitute or receive a credit memo toward a future Leadership Academy. If you cancel within 30 business days of the first class, you will be charged a $240 enrollment fee.
