The Advanced Rainmaker Academy takes rainmaking to a higher Rainmaster level. Here, partners come to create predictable and reliable revenue systems. The Advanced Rainmaker Academy adds a Proposal Lab™, management of the sales function, leadership and strong target selling for creating revenue downpours.
Classes for the Advanced Rainmaker Academy are taught in a series of four one and a half day sessions (two sessions each year).
The prerequisite for participating in the Advanced Rainmaker Academy is either graduation from The Rainmaker Academy or documented business-development success of at least $125,000 for the last two years.
Each session of The Advanced Rainmaker Academy incorporates one day of coursework with one half-day of Proposal Lab, a dynamic new element of the Advanced Rainmaker Academy. Participants are asked to bring a lost or upcoming proposal to class. They are given one hour to present their proposal and receive feedback from faculty and peers on how to improve.
This session hones the rainmaking skills previously acquired, taking presentation and proposal selling skills to the next level. In addition to regular phone coaching, this session includes time for one-on-one coaching with Rainmaker Academy faculty. Participants may also choose to engage group-coaching sessions based on their specific market needs.
