Strategic Assessment
Do you want to know where your firm stands so that you can create a better plan for improvement and growth? The Rainmaker Consulting Group offers a Strategic Assessment of your firm in order to get an in-depth view of the ins and outs of the firm. The Strategic Assessment is the first step in the Marketing and Strategic Partner Relationships. The assessment process includes:

One-Day Trainings
The Rainmaker Consulting Group provides in-house trainings for your partners and team members through The Rainmaker Academy® programs. Our best-known training is Five Star Client Service. We can work with your firm to determine which training is right for your firm. You can also combine a one-day training with a Partner Advance as an option.

Five Star Client Service I: Internal

This program focuses primarily on your internal staff?\ teaching the concept that you cannot provide excellent external service if you do not first practice excellent internal service. The orientation and training program is an eight hour session attended by your entire firm ?\ receptionist to partners. Your training day will consist of a combination of lectures, practical applications and practice exercises to teach and reinforce the concepts of Five Star client service.
